BGL Corsica Fund
The BGL Corsica Fund is BGL’s first private real estate investment fund, it was launched in 2008 to invest in various real estate development projects across Nigeria with an initial focus on strategic locations across Lagos e.g. Ikoyi, Victoria Island and Lekki.
The fund which is open ended is focused at rolling out several variants to take advantage of various real estate investments opportunities as they arise.
It is targeted at individual and institutional investors with a low risk appetite and a medium term investment horizon.
