Nubian Fund
The BGL Nubian Fund is an open ended Fund authorized and registered in Nigeria as a Unit Trust Scheme under Section 160 of the ISA. The Fund is governed by a Trust Deed with UBA Trustees Limited as Trustee.
The main investment objective of the Fund is to provide investors with capital appreciation on selected securities via income (dividends), as well as an attractive total return (capital gains) in the medium to long term.
The Fund is open-ended which implies that investors are at the liberty to subscribe to its units or redeem its units through the Fund Manager at any point in time. The Fund is listed on the floor of the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE) thus making publicly available daily Fund pricing on the NSE daily official list.
